A Licensed Professional Engineer and Licensed Home Inspector, Mr. Moskowitz has more than 15 years experience in construction engineering. He served as a cost engineering consultant on the $500 million Wastewater Treatment Plant Project at Tallman Island for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. Mr. Moskowitz is president and managing member of CLM Engineering Associates. He specializes in performing structural engineering evaluations of commercial buildings, residences, foundations, roofing systems and retaining walls. His extensive forensic investigations include damage from storms, vehicular impact, design issues, fire and natural gas explosions. Mr. Moskowitz also oversees the construction progress of residences on behalf of financial institutions as part of a mortgage loan monitoring process. He has directed the quality assurance and management process for large-scale residential developments in both Connecticut and New Jersey. Mr. Moskowitz has served as expert witness for plaintiffs and defendants.
