Mr. Stegall is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Reinsurance and Registered Professional Adjuster with more than 39 years of insurance and risk management industry experience. He regularly provides research, analysis and advice to industries, commercial enterprises and government agencies. With expertise and experience in virtually all areas of risk management and insurance, Mr. Stegall has served as an underwriter, agent, broker, surety bond producer, reinsurer, managing general agent, third-party administrator, captive manager, self-insured fund executive, risk management consultant and expert witness. His work for the insurance, self-insurance and reinsurance industry includes market research, product development and regulatory compliance, as well as management and underwriting consulting. He has served as an expert on over 70 forensic case assignments in more than 30 State and 32 Federal Districts.
