A registered professional engineer, Mr. Kobernuss has more than 45 years experience in the design, installation and maintenance of equipment in highly technical metal processing facilities. During his  career, Mr. Kobernuss served as electrical superintendent, plant electrical engineer, maintenance superintendent and engineering manager in multiple steel and aluminum plants. He has extensive experience working with contractors, government agencies, and energy supplying utilities. As an industrial consultant, Mr. Kobernuss specializes in supervising start-­ups, troubleshooting operating issues, engineering field service, and educating operators. He consults internationally, with clients in  India, China, Panama, Mexico and Wales, frequently managing multi-­million dollar projects from initial idea to operation. Mr. Kobernuss regularly provides expert consulting and witness testimony for cases across the United States involving industrial accidents, machine performance, OSHA rules, NFPA standards, electrical shock, electrocutions, and more.
