Mr. Jim Esriche has more than 30 years of experience in the agency, corporate and consultant sides of the research business.  His industry experience includes, but is not limited to healthcare, entertainment, financial services, food & retail, social expression and telecommunications. Project experience is  equally diverse and includes brand positioning, communication testing, new product development and website usability testing.  Mr. Esriche’s wealth of experience includes design and management of both qualitative and quantitative research studies and their design, implementation, and recommendations. His reputation precedes him for his professional rapport with clients, his focused target on strategy, and excellent communication skills in summarizing studies with recommendations for action.
In addition, Mr. Esriche is a published author and speaker regarding his book, Courage for the Rest of Us.
