Mr. Kalis has over 45 years of professional engineering experience in mechanical systems.   He was employed by a major Manufacturing Company as a Consultant Engineer for 29 years, resolving equipment and building facility problems worldwide.  He has assisted attorneys as a Consultant and Expert Witness and has testified at National and International Trials.  He has been responsible for developing product specifications and engineering standards for the companies for which he has worked.  In addition, Mr. Kalis has been an active member in the ASTM by developing safety standards.  He has been a speaker at numerous national and regional contracting and engineering association symposiums.  Mr. Kalis served in the United States Army in a construction / engineering battalion designing hospitals and school facilities
