A Licensed Professional Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Corliss has more than 40 years experience in product design and development, manufacturing, and product and process improvement. In addition to providing engineering and consulting services to the food service industry and its first-tier supply chain, he works with consumer goods manufacturers and industrial companies seeking product development and/or manufacturing assistance. Mr. Corliss is a primary or contributing inventor to 13 U.S. patents and one foreign patent for food processing and cooking systems. During his career, he designed a line of heating boilers, a combined heat and power system for residences, and several automated cooking systems for restaurants. Mr. Corliss has published numerous technical papers on product development, energy systems, food service equipment, and combustion equipment. He has served as expert witness in patent infringement and personal injury cases.
