Experience

During Mr. Conrad’s 35+ years as a practicing Professional Structural Engineer, he has had experience with many different building types, including commercial, governmental, higher education, K-12, healthcare, sports, industrial, residential and hospitality.  These projects have utilized many structural materials, e.g. concrete, steel, wood, masonry, which have been incorporated into a wide variety of structural framing systems.  Projects have included new construction as well as renovations and restoration.  Their method of delivery has ranged from traditional design/bid/build to design/build. Mr. Conrad has had the opportunity to provide structural engineering services for a wide variety of clients. He currently teaches and participates actively in professional and civic organizations.
