Mr. Harrison has more than 50 years of experience in law with increasing specialization over the past 30 years in legal ethics, judicial ethics, and professional liability, including standard of care and breach of fiduciary duty. During his career, Mr. Harrison was actively involved in commercial and tort litigation. Mr. Harrison served as President of the State Bar of Arizona, and has received numerous awards for his leadership, service and dedication to legal ethics, and his contributions to improving public trust and confidence in the courts. He was adjunct professor at the University of Arizona and Arizona State University for more than 15 years, teaching legal ethics. Mr. Harrison has served as an expert witness in more than 180 cases and has testified by deposition or at trial in nearly a dozen cases during the past 10 years.
