A practicing design professional licensed in eight states, Mr. Mariscalco is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, and consultant with more than 35 years of experience in planning, designing and constructing complex systems and facilities for manufacturing, commercial, chemical and heavy industrial use. He is highly knowledgeable about state and federal construction standards and codes, OSHA compliance, and design-build best practices, as well as fire and safety standards. Mr. Mariscalco’s technical experience and expertise includes product defects, high pressure piping and vessels, energy and utility systems, refinery processes, wastewater and sewage piping, ventilation, air pollution control, HVAC, structural engineering and bulk material handling. From structural collapse to fire and explosions to equipment failures, Mr. Mariscalco specializes in performing origin and proximate cause analyses. He has served as a consultant and expert witness in cases totaling more than $320 million in failure-related damages, many catastrophic.
