A Certified Turnaround Professional, Ms. Terrill has more than 35 years of business experience, including 25 years in commercial banking, primarily focused on financially troubled companies in a variety of industries. She served as the national manager of a regional bank workout department, overseeing a $3 billion troubled loan portfolio while supervising 130 employees. Following her banking career, Ms. Terrill served as managing director in consulting practices, specializing in restructuring, turnaround, and M&A quality of earnings due diligence. Ms. Terrill’s expertise includes commercial loan workout; asset-based, factoring and floor plan lending; commercial real estate lending; commercial loan review; and loan risk rating practices. She is highly knowledgeable about banking regulations, including regulations by the Federal Reserve, OCC and FDIC. Ms. Terrill received her MBA from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Lake Erie College.
