Mr. Black has more than 35 years of experience in real estate with special expertise in market feasibility studies encompassing all aspects of real estate development, including residential, office, retail, resort and industrial properties. A licensed real estate broker, Mr. Black’s consulting work also includes analyzing real estate investment plans and strategies in order to achieve financial goals, highest and best use analysis, determining development strategies for multi-phased projects and acquisition analysis. Mr. Black has provided the full range of litigation consulting services on more than 100 cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has testified more than 40 times in federal and circuit courts since 1988. Mr. Black’s extensive litigation support experience involves cases pertaining to the calculation of economic damages, broker standard of care, due diligence, broker ethics and commission disputes. Mr. Black currently teaches real estate at the University of Miami and Florida International University.
