Licensed in 12 states, Mr. Williams is a mechanical engineer with more than 36 years of experience. His expertise includes engineering consulting, manufacturing, operations, product design, business development, failure analysis, and mold and mildew control. He conducts and assists in fire investigations, including NFPA 921-based origin and cause research and ASTM forensic engineering analysis and mathematical modeling. He is adept at operating most heavy construction equipment and machinery. Mr. Williams’ product designs include HVAC and mechanical equipment and large, 3-phase, 480- and 240-volt distribution systems for industrial, commercial and residential buildings. Mr. Williams has published more than a dozen articles and papers. Along with his degrees in architectural and mechanical engineering, he has completed more than 500 hours of continuing education training in engineering.
