Mr. Gray has 35 years of experience in occupational health and safety, serving as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety and health compliance officer, OSHA outreach trainer, and safety consultant for businesses in a variety of industries. With 25 years of experience in OSHA, Mr. Gray is highly knowledgeable of 29 CFR regulations related to construction and general industry. In addition to conducting safety and health audits for companies, he assists employers in determining if citations are valid and if they should be contested or negotiated to a better settlement. Mr. Gray holds several nationally recognized certifications. He is highly experienced as an OSHA forensic expert, serving defendants and plaintiffs in numerous cases involving workplace accidents and injuries.
