Mr. Wallace has more than 30 years of experience in branding strategy and design analysis. An industry-recognized thought leader and branding expert, he managed one of the world’s most respected brand identity design consultancies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Wallace has worked on branding identity strategy and tactics for Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Johnson & Johnson and other global companies. Mr. Wallace’s expertise includes packaging and product design, market planning and analysis, marketing strategy, brand communications, and intellectual property. He has published numerous articles and lectured at more than 40 marketing, design and research industry events across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America and Asia on the importance of brand identity, design value and the impact on return on investment. As an expert witness, Mr. Wallace provides testimony in cases involving trademark, copyright and brand infringement, trade dress, brand dilution, false and/or deceptive advertising, counterfeit products and product design.
