A nationally board certified occupational therapist and expert functional capacity evaluator, Ms. Young has more than 25 years experience and expertise in functional capacity analysis and evaluation. Ms. Young has provided occupational therapy services in rehabilitation hospitals (both in-patient and outpatient), private practice, home health, as well as for corporations and municipalities. She is currently the owner, manager and primary therapist of Starting Point Rehabilitation Services, an outpatient therapy clinic specializing in functional capacity analysis and expert witness services. Over the course of her career, Ms. Young has served as an educator and mentor to health care providers and professionals, and occupational therapy students. She has presented to state bar associations, insurance groups, vocational experts and fellow occupational therapists.
