Experience

Dr. Stephenson has more than 40 years experience in economics and statistics. He served as regional commissioner for the Bureau of Labor Statistics, San Francisco Region, and held management positions at Aetna in Connecticut and Management & Strategy Analysis, Inc. in New York City. Since 2003, Dr. Stephenson has provided consulting and litigation support to clients in various industries, specializing in damages assessments, economic and quantitative analysis, business valuations, and market assessments. He has experience with complex tort and commercial litigation, serving as an expert in more than 400 cases, including products liability, breach of contract, business valuation, construction defects, business interruption, intellectual property infringement, Lanham Act, employment disputes, lost profits, and personal injury. Dr. Stephenson taught MBA courses at the University of Hartford and authored more than 40 technical articles, reports and book chapters.
