EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Paul's professional experience spans 20 + years in occupational safety and health. His work in safety spans a diverse group of businesses: aluminum, railroad, pet food, plastics, automotive suppliers, food and metalworking to name a few. Mr. Paul has managed industrial safety projects which involved smelting, casting, extrusion and lamination; rail car and locomotive repair and maintenance, food processing and packaging, metal fabrication, welding and machining.

His expertise in machine safeguarding has been sought out across the United States, Canada, and Germany. Of particular note are his accomplishments in developing plans for safeguarding the largest flexible manufacturing system (FMS) in the US, and the largest continuous process stainless steel rolling mill in the world. His experience extends into the classroom as well. Mr. Paul has taught numerous safety and health classes at a national OSHA Training Institute, conducted hundreds of safety seminars throughout the United States and is an accomplished motivational speaker regarding safety throughout the country.

Mr. Paul's litigation experience has included pre-litigation support, reports, depositions, and trial expert witness examination. Cases have involved slips and falls, construction falls, back injuries, and falls in such areas as parking lots, restaurants, retail stores, construction sites, railroad yards and care centers.
