EXPERIENCE:
Mr.
Tyler has more than 20 years of experience in the field of process safety
and risk management programs. He has focused on prevention of catastrophic
events as they relate to process safety management of hazardous chemicals.
He has an extensive background in management of process and chemical
hazards in industrial operations. Mr. Tyler has conducted numerous hazard
analyses, audited sites for compliance with risk control measures and
OSHA regulations. Mr. Tyler has been responsible for projects involving
increased production rates and cost reduction while reducing environmental
emissions. His past industrial clients include chemical, pharmaceutical,
OEM, grain, food service, utilities and food production companies.
Mr. Tyler has experience in dealing with a wide range of dangerous materials
including toxic chemicals, explosive dusts, flammable gases and liquids,
biotech products and hazardous wastes. His past projects include development
and implementation of Risk Management Plans (RMPs) including offsite
consequence analyses in order for these industrial clients to comply
with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. Mr. Tyler has
developed Integrated Contingency Plans for clients seeking a single
resource for planning, improved economic efficiency and a single resource
for response personnel. His work is tailored to the specific needs of
our clients while adhering to numerous local, state and federal government
regulations of the EPA, OSHA, and DOT. His auditing services include
OSHA Process Safety, EPA Risk Management, Laboratory QA/QC, Environmental
Management Systems, Environmental Compliance and Safety Compliance.
Mr. Tyler has developed numerous training programs including safety
for initial assignments of employees, operating procedures in accordance
with OSHA requirements, lock out/tag out safety programs, emergency
response, respiratory protection and safe chemical handling; other training
programs include hazardous waste operations, first responder awareness
and operations levels, spill prevention, control and countermeasures,
community right-to-know and hazardous material handling.
