EXPERIENCE:

With over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 
Mr. Sullivan brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his clients. He has provided consultation services within the biopharmaceutical world including topics such as manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory issues. His background includes extensive experience in technical management ;  coordination of external and internal manufacturing; quality control and process development in the biopharmaceutical, medical devices, and fine chemical industries.       Throughout his career, Mr. Sullivan has worked for or been affiliated with major pharmaceutical companies including   Sanofi-Aventis, Pfizer, SmithKline, Dow Chemical, and Proctor and Gamble. His past experience includes launching new products and managing drug product manufacturing for both sterile and non-sterile products. He has led sourcing projects for new or alternative sources of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Mr. Sullivan has partnered with major companies in evaluation and development of new radiochemical entity for US and Europe. His management experience includes overseeing professional scientists and technical professionals as well as hourly union workers in manufacturing environments in both domestic and European locations. He has managed chemical and microbiological testing activities; operations for synthesis and formulations of vitamins and fine chemicals;  and quality assurance of animal health products. He has designed and implemented startups of quality operations as well as overall plant startups. Early in his career, Mr. Sullivan conducted applied research as a chemist for a consumer goods company.

Mr. Sullivan has also served as an adjunct business school professor at the college level developing curriculum and  designing course content, He has instructed such courses as Management, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Organizational Development, and International Finance.
